Fidelity Services Group is seeking a dedicated billing professional to ensure accurate and timely invoices are raised in SAP for clients across the business in Midrand.

The role requires a Matric, at least 3 years of billing experience with SAP, and strong Excel skills. You will process invoices, credits, and billing reports, and seek automation opportunities.

We value accurate data, deadline discipline, and clear communication across all levels; training and integration will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Matric Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of billing experience essential.
• SAP Billing experience essential.
• Excel proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices daily/weekly/monthly in SAP.
• Proactively identify simplification/automation opportunities.
• Process credit memos.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
• Prepare Billing reports.
