Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Revenue Clerk at the Regional Office, WC Cape Town, reporting to the Billing Manager. The role ensures accuracy and accountability of revenue movements for operational branches.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric Certificate (or post-matric), proficiency in MS Excel, basic SAP knowledge, and strong numerical discipline. Fluency in English and Afrikaans is required, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate or relevant post-matric qualifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Computer literacy and structured working style.

Responsibilities

• Receiving instructions via sales orders, memos, and emails, to load and raise revenue timeously for all new and existing contracts.
• Doing all amendments, increases and termination on all contracts.
• Generating, printing, and distributing posting sheets for the branches.
• Ensuring that monthly invoicing and credits are all loaded accurately and on time.
• Action and resolving all queries that are returned on completed posting sheets, for the Payroll Department.
• Doing weekly and month end reports.
• Constant communication with branches to address any other queries or billing related problems that the branches may need assistance with.
• Assisting Revenue Supervisor as and when required.
