Indsafri is seeking a Salesforce Solution Analyst to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will work with stakeholders and development teams to document requirements and design effective solutions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Salesforce data and security models, and the ability to drive projects from planning through delivery, including training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Salesforce Solution Analyst or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud functionality.
• Experience in gathering requirements and creating user stories and specs.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and customization options.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
