Job summary

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Salesforce data and security models, and the ability to drive projects from planning through delivery, including training and documentation.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Solution Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing effective Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with development teams to ensure successful implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for Salesforce-related projects.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Design and architect scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and testers to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement in existing Salesforce processes.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, data models, and solution designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core functionalities.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and customization capabilities (e.g., custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, flows).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard creation in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components is a plus.
• Experience in specific industries relevant to our business.
