Job summary

Optimal Growth Technologies in South Africa seeks an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join the technology team. You will translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, manage requirements, and engage with stakeholders across the organization.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, creating user stories, backlog management, UAT support, and working with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and QA to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is essential.
• Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Gather, analyse, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional requirements and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to collect requirements.
• Create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog with stakeholders and Product Owners.
• Support solution design with business insights and validate delivery against requirements.
