Job summary

Indsafri seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, configure and support Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities that enable customer onboarding, relationship management and servicing in a financial services environment.

You will build Lightning Web Components, Apex services and flows, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure secure data access while collaborating with business stakeholders on regulated journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking/financial services CRM and customer servicing.
• Experience with onboarding, KYC, sales pipeline or case management exposure.
• Experience collaborating with product owners and stakeholders on regulated customer journeys.
• Preferred Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I; Service Cloud Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Develop across FSC, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
• Configure FSC data models, relationship mapping, and customer profiles.
• Build Lightning Web Components, Apex services, Flows and reusable platform services.
• Support onboarding, lead/opportunity management, case management and servicing journeys.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Design secure data access using sharing, roles, and field-level security.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews and release readiness activities.
• Troubleshoot defects and assist with production issue resolution.
