Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric and customer services diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years in a customer service/call centre environment.
• SAP experience would be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person in a friendly, professional manner.
• Liaises with customers, prospects and Compass personnel.
• Process stock and service orders received from customers.
• Manage customer records and keep data up to date.
• Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address concerns and follow up.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Monitor feedback and report trends for improvement.
• Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, organized workspace).
