Job summary

Compass Medical Waste Services is seeking a Sales Executive for our Clayville, Olifantsfontein branch. You will drive monthly sales targets, grow the customer base, and manage relationships across the waste healthcare sector.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/medical representation, a relevant diploma, strong communication, and the ability to travel. A driver’s license and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4 learning ability.
• Minimum 5 years sales / medical representative experience.
• Sales and Marketing Diploma / Nursing Diploma an added advantage
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of the Health Care Risk Waste Industry an added advantage
• Must have own reliable transport with a clear and valid driver's licence

Responsibilities

• Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Increase and generate new business sales through existing customer base (up sales / cross sales)
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Provide excellent customer service
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Ability to travel and stay away from home for short periods
