Frontierco in Pretoria is seeking a passionate Sales Supervisor to drive store performance and mentor the sales team. You will lead shifts, support the Store Manager, uphold customer service excellence, and push revenue through upselling and product knowledge.

With a minimum of three years in retail, you will track KPIs, ensure accurate cash handling, and coordinate scheduling while maintaining a high energy, proactive attitude under pressure.
