Frontierco is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager in Gauteng to collaborate with the Store Manager on driving sales and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. The role involves leading sales floor efforts, coaching staff, and ensuring brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail, strong sales and customer-service mindset, and is willing to travel to trade shows such as Decorex. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Sage is expected.

Key Requirements

• Willingness to travel and attend trade shows (e.g., Decorex).
