Zohorecruit Bloemfontein store is seeking an energetic Store Supervisor to help drive daily sales and customer satisfaction. You will support the Store Manager, supervise shifts, and ensure adherence to service standards and company values.

You will monitor stock, manage cash procedures, and contribute to upselling and product knowledge to maximize revenue while coordinating staff scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail experience (essential).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience (advantageous).
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
• High level of energy, confidence, and initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
