Job summary

Greys Recruitment is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for a permanent role in Bellville South, Western Cape, to develop new business and manage customer relationships across the Western Cape. The successful candidate will visit a range of food service clients and drive growth.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years FMCG sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a valid SA driver's license, and the willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years FMCG sales experience.
• Food service industry experience advantageous.
• Valid South African drivers license required and willing to travel extensively in the Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts
• Visit restaurants, takeaways, caterers, hotels, and food service clients
• Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Represent the business professionally in the market

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' FMCG sales experience

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Own reliable vehicle preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel extensively throughout the Western Cape (approximately 75%)

Package:
Basic salary of R10,000 per month
Company vehicle provided for business travel
10% commission structure once monthly CTC has been covered.
