Job summary

Fusion Personnel in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to identify opportunities, generate leads, and drive product solutions. You will present to clients, build robust relationships, and tailor quotes while managing the sales cycle and targets.

Travel to customer sites is required; Afrikaans speakers are preferred. Prior experience in packaging/manufacturing sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Matric or higher; tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing/Business Management is advantageous.
• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging/printing sectors is beneficial.
• Able to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Afrikaans-speaking candidates preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous
• Experience in the packaging, box manufacturing, printing or related industries will be beneficial
• Strong cold calling, prospecting and lead generation experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently
• Good understanding of the sales cycle and pipeline management
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
• Afrikaans-speaking candidates will be preferred
