Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 completed.
• Proven external B2B sales experience with targets.
• Experience selling into packaging, FMCG or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Strong new business development and account management capability.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans, written and spoken.
• Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Willing and able to travel nationally.

Cape Town | National Territory. Join an established manufacturing business supplying consumable products to the packaging, FMCG and industrial markets. This role is well suited to a proven sales professional with experience in the packaging industry or a related manufacturing environment.

You will manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while actively developing new business nationally. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role requiring strong prospecting, relationship management, negotiation and closing skills. Regular national travel is required.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Proven external B2B sales experience with a strong record of achieving targets.
• Experience selling manufactured consumables into packaging, FMCG or manufacturing environments will be strongly considered. (packaging experience is highly advantageous)
• Strong new business development and account management capability.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• High level of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Professional fluency in English and Afrikaans, written and spoken.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence.
• Willing and able to travel nationally.
