Qualifications

• 4-6 years' experience in sales technology, CRM operations, product ownership, or business systems.
• Experience working in sales environments such as telesales, BPO, financial services or similar.
• Strong understanding of systems, workflows, integrations and operational optimisation.
• Proven ability to improve system performance, uptime and operational efficiency.
