Job summary

The Unlimited is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager who will own the technology powering our sales teams, ensuring CRM, diallers, and integrations are stable and scalable. You will collaborate with IT, operations and leadership to drive uptime and optimize workflows across the business.

With 4–6 years in sales technology, CRM operations or business systems, you will shape how we trade and serve customers, improve system performance, and contribute to a high-velocity telesales and field

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' experience in sales technology, CRM operations, product ownership, or business systems.
• Experience working in sales environments such as telesales, BPO, financial services or similar.
• Strong understanding of systems, workflows, integrations and operational optimisation.
• Proven ability to improve system performance, uptime and operational efficiency.
