Job summary

The Unlimited is seeking a Senior Dialler Manager to oversee and optimize our dialler infrastructure for high-volume outbound campaigns. You will drive strategy, measure performance, and push continuous improvements to maximize agent productivity and campaign results.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Genesis or similar dialer platforms, deep knowledge of outbound call centre operations, and a proven track record of leading dialler teams toward superior efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience managing dialler systems such as Genesis or similar platforms within a high-volume outbound environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound call centre operations, dialling strategies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience analysing campaign and dialler performance and implementing strategies to improve productivity and results.
• Proven experience leading dialler operations and driving continuous improvement.
