Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric completed.

• Computer literate; Pastel experience advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales office and admin tasks.
• Handle customer enquiries and quotations; process sales orders.
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor order progress.
• Arrange nationwide delivery bookings and ensure documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and filing systems.
• Provide after-sales follow-up and build customer relationships.
