Job summary

Greys Recruitment is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee end-to-end business performance in a manufacturing/distribution context in South Africa. The role focuses on profitability, strategic growth, and cross-functional leadership across production, sales, service, logistics and quality.

The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and implement robust governance and risk controls while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience managing budgets, operations, people and business performance
• Manufacturing, distribution or industrial sector experience advantageous
• Strong commercial, financial and strategic management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Lead overall business operations, profitability and strategic growth
• Oversee production, sales, customer service, logistics and quality
• Drive revenue growth, cost control and financial performance
• Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans
