Agricruitment is seeking a highly capable, system-focused candidate for a fast-paced sales administration role in Stellenbosch. You will own tasks from order receipt to completion, coordinate with production and logistics, and ensure accurate invoicing and documentation.

The role emphasizes strong numerical ability, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of how transactions impact sales orders, stock, and logistics. Prior ERP experience is essential, with Sage X3 familiarity a plus.

Formación

• Strong Excel skills are essential.
• Experience on ERP/accounting/logistics systems is essential.
• Sage X3 is used but not required; other ERP experience acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage customer sales orders from receipt through to completion.
• Capture and maintain sales orders in the ERP system.
• Prepare and process customer invoices and related documentation.
• Check pricing and customer-specific pricing for accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments on stock, production, dispatch and customer requirements.
• Liaise with logistics providers and service providers.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on delays.
• Maintain accurate order, delivery and customer information.
• Use Excel extensively to reconcile and analyze information.
• Investigate discrepancies between orders, invoices, stock, pricing or logistics.
