Job summary

Greys Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Manager to oversee the daily administration and coordination of the sales office, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and accurate order processing. You will liaise with production, logistics and dispatch teams to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service.

The role requires strong organisational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure within standard office hours plus additional hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a sales administration or internal sales environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Computer literate; Pastel experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales office.
• Respond to customer enquiries and walk-in customers with product information and sales support.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations and capture sales orders.
• Process customer invoicing, RFCs and credit notes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Coordinate production scheduling with production team.
• Arrange nationwide delivery bookings and ensure delivery notes are signed.
• Follow up on outstanding delivery documentation.
• Conduct after-sales follow-ups and build customer relationships.
• Maintain filing systems and organised records.
