Job summary

Golden Link Talent Solutions is seeking an Internal Sales Representative in a dynamic sales environment. You will own customer enquiries, quotations and orders while providing strong sales support and ensuring accurate processing in Syspro.

The role requires confident communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and follow-ups simultaneously. ERP experience, particularly Syspro, is advantageous for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and enquiries with follow-ups.
• Experience with ERP systems; Syspro advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and converting enquiries into sales
• Handling customer queries and complaints
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Processing sales orders on Syspro
• Sourcing stock from approved suppliers
• Expediting orders and following up on deliveries
• Monitoring back orders and releasing invoices for delivery
• Maintaining customer discount structures on Syspro
• Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and external sales team
• Providing leads and sales support to external representatives
• Accompanying external sales staff on customer visits when required
• Ensuring credits are kept to a minimum and following the relevant credit procedures

What you'll be doing:

• Answering incoming calls and converting enquiries into sales
