Ekco in Cape Town is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team with admin tasks, customer service and relationship management. You will work closely with the Inside Sales Manager and Account Managers to coordinate business development efforts and ensure orders meet SLAs.

The role requires strong English communication, meticulous record-keeping and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to keep quotes, forecasts and reports accurate and timely.

• Excellent written English with clear documentation.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain customer databases and sales records
• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and reports
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
• Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager and Account Managers/ VCIOs
• Coordinate your schedule with the sales team
• Prepare, coordinate & process sales quotes with account managers
• Maintain and update sales opportunities / customer records
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
• Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is on board
• Ensure high levels of communication are maintained with customers
• Ensure quoting templates are kept up to date to reflect accurate product and service margins
• Work with other departments, i.e. Deployments and projects team to ensure orders are processed within SLA.
