Job summary

RSAWEB is seeking a proactive Customer Support & Sales Admin to join our team in South Africa. The role focuses on processing orders, managing customer communications, onboarding new clients, and supporting sales with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. A fast-paced environment experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and manage all incoming communications relating to new orders.
• Monitor CRM system and customer tickets.

• Assist with order retention and provide excellent customer service.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
