Job summary

Managed People Solutions Pty is offering a 12‑month full‑time internship as a Sales and Merchandising Assistant in Cape Town. Start date 1 November 2026, with a monthly stipend starting from R4,500 depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Availability to work through December peak season.

Responsibilities

• Travel with Sales Representatives on daily routes as part of a ride‑along team.
• Support sales activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Merchandise products and ensure shelves and displays are neat and eye‑catching.
• Assist customers and help build positive customer relationships.
• Gain practical knowledge of sales, merchandising and in‑store promotions.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
