Job summary

Managed People Solutions Pty in Plettenberg Bay is seeking a Sales and Merchandising Assistant for a 12-month full-time internship programme starting 1 November 2026. You will learn hands-on in sales, merchandising and customer service while earning a monthly stipend.

You will travel with Sales Representatives, support activity, merchandise displays, assist customers and build practical skills to advance in your career.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Commitment to completing the full 12-month programme.

Responsibilities

• Travel with Sales Representatives on daily routes as part of a ride-along team.
• Support sales activities and contribute towards targets.
• Merchandise products and ensure shelves are neat and eye-catching.
• Assist customers and help build positive relationships.
• Gain practical knowledge of sales, merchandising and in-store promotions.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales objectives.
