Job summary

Managed People Solutions Pty in Pretoria offers a 12-month, full-time internship for aspiring sales and merchandising professionals. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, merchandising and customer service while earning a monthly stipend.

You’ll travel with Sales Representatives, merchandise displays, assist customers, and develop practical skills to advance your career. Start date is 1 November 2026 with a monthly stipend starting from R4,500.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, honesty and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and work as part of a team.
• Passion for sales, customer service and merchandising.
• Strong commitment to completing the full 12-month programme on a full-time basis.
• Availability to work throughout the peak season in December, including the festive season.

Responsibilities

• Travel with Sales Representatives on daily routes as part of a ride-along team.
• Support sales activities and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
• Merchandise products and ensure shelves and displays are neat, well-stocked and eye-catching.
• Assist customers and help build positive customer relationships.
• Gain practical knowledge of sales, merchandising and in-store promotions.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
