Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join their Soweto-based team, focusing on sales and marketing roles. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from client briefing to candidate sourcing, interviewing and successful placement.

You will build strong client relationships, understand company cultures, and leverage diverse sourcing channels to identify top talent. A dynamic, target-driven environment with remote-work flexibility awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in recruitment with a focus on sales & marketing.
• Proven ability to source and place candidates in Sales/Marketing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales and marketing roles.
• Develop client relationships and understand hiring requirements.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and databases for sourcing.
• Keep ATS records accurate and share market intelligence with the team.
• Meet placement and revenue targets and ensure positive candidate experience.
