• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience specializing in sales.
• Strong knowledge of sales roles, KPIs, and sales cycles.
• Proven ability to source and attract top sales candidates.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience with client relationship management and remote work.
• Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or HR is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for sales positions, from initial client briefing to successful candidate placement.

• Stay informed about sales industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective recruitment strategies for sales roles.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
