Placements24 is seeking a strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Upington, Northern Cape. This senior role oversees a team of sales professionals, shapes regional strategies, and drives ambitious targets to expand market penetration.

You will coach and develop your team, align initiatives with company objectives, monitor performance, and report to senior management. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales, including leadership, excellent communicator, MBA preferred.

Qualifications
