Job summary

Bellini Trading (Pty) Ltd in Durban is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales function and drive growth across key accounts. You will develop and implement strategies, manage a growing team, and collaborate with Production, Operations and Logistics to meet customer requirements.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Sales or related field and at least 5 years of sales leadership experience in manufacturing or FMCG. Strong negotiation and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant sales experience, preferably within a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environment.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong business development and key account management experience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve demanding sales targets.
