Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated full‑time Salesperson to join our on‑site team in the City of Cape Town. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the growth and success of Zootly’s brand.

Qualifications

• Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Effective communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge or interest in cannabis products and industry trends
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a performance‑driven environment
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Previous sales or B to B (Wholesale) experience is an advantage
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in sales is a bonus
• REQUIRE OWN CAR AND LAPTOP.
• MATURE RESPONSIBLE AND ORGANIZED.
