Job summary

Omega HR Solutions in Durban is seeking a field-based sales professional to visit pharmacies and clinics, recording visits and meeting targets within a 6-week cycle.

You will secure orders, promote products per pricing guidelines, and deliver at least two training sessions monthly to pharmacy staff, while coordinating in-store promotions.

This independent contractor role offers hybrid work and commission-based earnings starting with a base salary of R15,000 for six months.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or wellness sectors
• Proven skills in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet targeted objectives
• Experience with product training and promotional activities

Responsibilities

• Visit all allocated pharmacies and clients within a 6-week cycle

• Ensure all product interactions and marketing communications adhere to SAHPRA guidelines
• Provide real-time field intelligence and competitor insights to head office
