The role serves as a strategic bridge between key functions and requires strong analytical, training, and change-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Learning & Development, or related roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards.
• Demonstrated project management and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy, Enablement & Capability Development to align with revenue targets.
• Deliver engaging training sessions across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end sales processes for efficiency and conversion.
• Track KPIs and build dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Manage CRM data integrity and optimize the sales technology stack.
• Coach sales managers and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR, CX and Operations.
