Job summary

LexisNexis, part of RELX, invites a customer-centric, data-driven individual in Durban to join our sales team. The role focuses on growing revenue through proactive consultative selling of LexisNexis products to existing and prospective clients, with a strong emphasis on pipeline management and product demonstrations.

The candidate should have 5+ years in outbound sales, be proficient with MS Office, and preferably have a tertiary qualification in law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outbound telephone sales experience - preferably B2B.
• Be computer literate with MS Office and related software.
• Have a tertiary qualification or be studying towards such, preferably in law.

Responsibilities

• Actively call customers to promote and sell LN products and services.
• Use CRM to record prospective sales and maintain up-to-date pipeline data.
• Generate quotations and send to customers.
• Follow up on quotations sent to close deals.
• Demonstrate LN products to prospective customers.
• Provide information to management re pipeline as required.
• Keep abreast of LN products and services.
