Empowered People Solutions (Pty) Ltd is seeking a mid-career Sales Coordinator in Gauteng to support the sales and operations teams, manage customer expectations, and ensure data integrity across sales platforms. You will interact with admins, credit, and account managers to drive outcomes and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, maintaining credit facilities, and assisting business development to achieve customer excellence.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degrees are required.
BA (Administration) or Bachelor in Business Administration preferred.
Experience in sales support and admin is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with the sales team and managing expectations internally and with customers.
Engaging with operations and credit departments to drive outcomes.
Managing customer expectations through effective communication.
Identifying, communicating, and escalating functional problems.
Resolving conflicts, solving problems, and seeking assistance when needed.
Administering all sales platforms to ensure data integrity.
Delivering on customer-related objectives and supporting requirements.
Completing quotations, credit notes, and maintaining credit facilities.
Supporting Account and Business Development Managers in achieving customer excellence.
