Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales consultants.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and sales objectives.
• Coach and mentor consultants to improve sales performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement interventions.
• Support the team with sales techniques, objection handling and customer engagement.
• Analyse sales and performance reports and provide feedback.
• Manage escalated customer queries where required.
• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance and operational standards.
• Promote accountability, teamwork and a strong performance culture.
