You will manage daily targets, monitor KPIs, mentor consultants, and ensure quality and compliance while promoting accountability and a strong performance culture. The role demands strong leadership and hands-on coaching to improve sales outcomes and customer engagement across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years' experience leading a sales team within a call centre/contact centre environment
• Proven experience managing sales targets and KPIs
• Experience in coaching, mentoring and performance management
• Strong understanding of contact centre sales processes and customer service standards

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales consultants
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs and sales objectives
• Coach and mentor consultants to improve sales performance
• Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate interventions
• Support the team with sales techniques, objection handling and customer engagement
• Analyse sales and performance reports and provide feedback
• Manage escalated customer queries where required
• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance and operational standards
• Promote accountability, teamwork and a strong performance culture
