Job summary

Isilumko Staffing is seeking an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader – Sales for a contract role in Gqeberha. You will lead a high-performing sales team, coach members, and drive achievement of targets while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Matric and a Diploma, with at least 3 years of sales team leadership in a call centre and a proven track record of meeting KPIs. You will shape coaching, performance management and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

Matric and a Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years' experience leading a sales team within a call centre/contact centre environment.
Proven experience managing sales targets and KPIs.
Experience in coaching, mentoring and performance management.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales consultants.
Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and sales objectives.
Coach and mentor consultants to improve sales performance.
Identify performance gaps and implement interventions.
Support the team with sales techniques, objection handling and customer engagement.
Analyse sales and performance reports and provide feedback.
Manage escalated customer queries where required.
Ensure adherence to quality, compliance and operational standards.
Promote accountability, teamwork and a strong performance culture.
