Isilumko Staffing in Durban seeks a Life Insurance Sales Consultant – Team Leader to coach a high-performing call centre sales team. You will drive daily, weekly and monthly targets while maintaining quality and service standards.

The role requires a Diploma and 3+ years of leadership experience in a sales-driven contact centre, with a proven track record of hitting KPIs and mentoring staff to improve performance.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse reports and provide feedback.

A leading financial services environment is looking for an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader – Sales to lead, coach and drive the performance of a high-performing sales team.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric

• Diploma in a relevant field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a sales team within a call centre/contact centre environment

• Proven experience managing sales targets and KPIs

• Experience in coaching, mentoring and performance management

• Strong understanding of contact centre sales processes and customer service standards

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales consultants

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

• Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs and sales objectives

• Coach and mentor consultants to improve sales performance

• Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate interventions

• Support the team with sales techniques, objection handling and customer engagement

• Analyse sales and performance reports and provide feedback

• Manage escalated customer queries where required

• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance and operational standards
