Job summary

The Recruitment Pig is seeking a Sales Consultant in Centurion. This role targets B2B sales with high earning potential via commissions. A base salary is advertised as R25K+ with negotiable qualifications and experience, plus on-target earnings of R50K–R70K.

You will drive revenue by engaging senior decision-makers in logistics and transport. You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will pitch AI video surveillance solutions to fleet owners and C-suite executives.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the logistics, supply chain, and transport sectors.
• Expert negotiation and deal-closing skills with corporate executives.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation: Prospecting and building a high-value pipeline targeting senior decision-makers within logistics sector.
• The Pitch: Demonstrate AI video surveillance solutions to fleet owners and executives.
• Own the Cycle: Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to negotiating SLAs and closing contracts.
