Job summary

No Finance Cars, a leading South African rent-to-buy dealership, is launching a brand-new B2B fleet division from our Boksburg branch. We seek a self-driven Fleet Sales Consultant to spearhead this initiative, closing high-value commercial accounts and building a robust procurement network.

• Active, established network of procurement and fleet management contacts in Gauteng.
• Based in or around Boksburg, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the growth of the new B2B fleet and commercial vehicle division from scratch.
• Proactively prospect, pitch, and secure new B2B accounts.
• Own the sales pipeline from initial contact to close.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, and procurement contacts.
• Deliver boardroom-ready presentations showcasing the rent-to-buy value proposition.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead Division Growth: Build, establish, and grow our brand-new B2B fleet and commercial vehicle division from scratch.
• Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively prospect, pitch, and secure new B2B accounts, targeting businesses and procurement managers.
• Pipeline Management: Own the sales pipeline from initial contact to close, ensuring consistent and high-volume sales.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong long-term relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, and procurement contacts.
• Presentations & Pitches: Deliver boardroom-ready presentations showcasing the unique value proposition of our rent-to-buy model for business fleets.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven success in fleet or commercial vehicle sales.
• Existing Network: An active, established network of procurement and fleet management contacts in Gauteng.
• Location: Based in or around Boksburg, Gauteng.
• Key Traits: Boardroom-confident, highly self-motivated, resilient, and deeply obsessed with pipeline growth.
