Catch is seeking a proactive Sales Developer to join the Complex Solutions sales team. The role focuses on business development and global growth, sourcing new clients across industries and maintaining relationships.

You will prospect leads, arrange sales calls, manage client data in the CRM, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive efficiency and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree with commerce focus preferable.
• Honours degree is advantageous.
• Work experience is advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Our client is looking for a personable and hard-working individual to join the Complex Solutions sales team. You will be responsiblefor business development and growth globally. You will be expected to source and set up meetings with new clients withinvarious industries and ensure that client relationships are maintained.

The Sales Developer will be responsible for the following:

• Prospecting new leads/potential clients using internal processes.
• Communication with prospective clients and arranging sales calls.
• Maintaining client data and generating quotes through our Client Relationship Management Platform.
• Running calls and meetings together with the Branch Manager
• Implementing procedures to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

SKILL SET AND DESIRED COMPETENCIES

• Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal
• Maintain effective daily communication with relevant team members.
