• Experience in SaaS onboarding or executive assistance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Explain platform features, functionality and benefits clearly.
• Assist with customer account setup, onboarding and initial configuration.
• Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Follow up with prospective customers and assist with sales-related activities.
• Support international customers with onboarding queries as needed.
• Process and provision broadband/telecom orders where required.
• Handle inquiries via telephone, email and messaging apps.
• Coordinate and track orders, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide general administrative support and maintain customer records.
• Arrange business travel and related bookings for directors.
