Job summary

Sable International in Cape Town seeks a Client Onboarding and Support Administrator to be the focal point of the client journey. You will guide clients through onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, and support back-office execution with strong operational discipline.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Economics/Business degree, excellent English, and solid Excel and CRM skills to engage international clients by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business.
• Interest in FX operations, regulatory compliance and financial admin.
• Excellent English with strong communication and client service.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
• Guide clients through onboarding and ensure appropriate solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients, introducers, brokers and banking partners.
• Coordinate onboarding from enquiry to account activation.
• Review documentation for regulatory compliance (FICA, SARB).
• Support transaction processing and reporting requirements.
