You will monitor health metrics, conduct quarterly business reviews, collaborate with Sales, Product and Support, and identify upsell opportunities while ensuring outcomes align with customers’ strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients at various levels.
• Solid understanding of customer lifecycle management and SaaS metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
• Understand client business objectives and proactively identify opportunities to increase their success with our platform.
• Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and effective integration.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and share best practices.
• Monitor client health metrics and proactively intervene to address churn risks.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Sales, Product, Support).
• Drive adoption of new features and functionalities among clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and resources.
