Placements24 is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its Johannesburg-based team. You will manage a portfolio of customers, guide onboarding, and drive adoption of our software solutions.

You will monitor health metrics, conduct reviews, and act as a trusted advisor to maximize value. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-centric mindset, with familiarity in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role in SaaS or tech.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to explain complex tech to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers.
• Onboard customers and ensure a smooth initial experience.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand goals.
• Monitor usage and health metrics; identify risks and upsell opportunities.
• Educate customers on features and best practices to maximize value.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and escalations.
• Gather feedback to drive product improvements with teams.
• Develop and deliver customer training materials.
• Contribute to customer success playbooks and best practices.
• Achieve KPIs related to retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
