Premier Hotel Cape Town is seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance in Sea Point, Cape Town. You will own day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

We require a hands-on hospitality professional with 5+ years in hotel operations, including 3+ years in management, strong PMS knowledge, and proven leadership. The role demands tight financial discipline, staff development and a proactive service culture.

Formación

• 5+ years in hotel operations, including 3+ years in a management role.
• Relevant Hospitality Management qualification.
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
• Solid knowledge of hotel PMS systems.
• Financial, commercial and operational understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance operations.
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and room readiness.
• Oversee daily room operations, occupancy and inventory.
• Manage budgets and resources.
• Coach and motivate Rooms Division teams.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Maintain cross-department communication for seamless guest journeys.
