Job summary

United Exports is seeking a detail-oriented Road Freight Administrator to support the Logistics team in Paarl. You will coordinate schedules with transporters and loading points, manage PODs, and maintain ERP/export system accuracy while ensuring timely and compliant documentation.

The role requires Grade 12, proficiency in Excel/Office, and a proactive, organized approach to fast-paced freight operations in the fruit export industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with transporters and loading points to confirm schedules and progress.
• Provide timely updates to packhouses, farms, and loading/offloading facilities.
• Capture PODs and process system transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain up-to-date information across ERP and export systems.
• Create purchase orders using approved rates and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
• Keep organised, audit-ready records and documentation.
