Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants is seeking an Export Logistics Coordinator based in Stellenbosch to manage end-to-end export processes for African markets. You will prepare documentation and coordinate shipments, ensuring timely order fulfilment while liaising with clients and internal teams.

The role requires 2-3 years in shipping/export logistics, strong Excel and Syspro skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Matric; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
• 2-3 years' experience in shipping, freight forwarding or export logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export processes, Incoterms and documentation.
• Experience with African markets highly advantageous.
• Advanced MS Excel and strong computer skills.
• Syspro experience advantageous.
• Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Reliable transport required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end export process, primarily for African markets.
• Prepare export, customs, excise and SAWIS documentation.
• Process and invoice orders accurately on Syspro.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs agents and transport providers.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or logistical issues.
• Liaise with local and international clients, agents and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Finance and Production to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and support export process improvements.
